Precision truly helped me in a time of desperate need! I got my car "fixed" somewhere else only for it to break down on my five minutes later. Precision met me in the parking lot where I was broken down, jump started my car, and drove us both back to the shop to work on it and truly fix what was wrong. Dylan was super helpful, genuinely cared, and kept me up to date on the status of my car and I left with a huge peace of mind knowing my car was in the best hands. Thank you so much for incredible customer service and fixing my car in a very timely manner!

Communication is the key. I was contacted very quickly to give me an accurate estimation of completion as well as parts needed. They were able to use customer purchased and supplied parts which essentially saved me money. Same day drop off and complete. Cash is welcome over credit cards (which again saves me at least $30 in fees). I would recommend them.
