I recently visited the Precision Tune Auto Care on Fort Lee and was thoroughly impressed. The ENTIRE staff was not only fast and efficient but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and their pricing was very fair. It's rare to find such a combination of quality service and customer care. I appreciate the guys at Precision Tune. I can always get in for a state inspection, even when bringing in more than one vehicle at a time. They are polite, quick, and efficient. When I have had issues that needed a drive cycle to clear before inspection, they explained that well. And the thing I appreciate the most is that they don't take advantage and try to sell me things when I am there for a quick inspection.
