Professional and proficiency
Vinny was working all by himself (boss was on vacation) was answering the phone, giving information to the caller and typing up my paperwork smiling all the time. Vinny was very personable all the time I was there. We came back early before my car was done, but Vinny can inside to tell us what he had left to do. "I'll be done in 20 min or less" and he was.Wish more businesses were like this one. Nice that Prescision Tune partners with Costco I saved 15% off my total bill ($179.00) !
