Service is always excellent- the waiting area is clean with free drinks available- the help is always helpful- you cannot beat their prices for service- probably at least 30% cheaper than a dealership- I was in the auto sales business- if your car is out of warranty do not go back to the dealer for regular maintenance!!

They are honest. They don’t do unnecessary things to run up the bill.
I feel like communication needs to be better with how the service needs to be performed, I was getting conflicting info between the service desk and the actual technician. But once the everyone was on the same page, the work was completed with no further issues.
