I stopped in on a Friday afternoon, needed an exhaust gasket, as I planned to leave for vacation on Sunday, they put it on the lift ordered the parts and it was done in about 75 minutes!

Always fast service. Always determine the problem and is able to fix it.
I went for an alignment. They said it would take about an hour, but they finished in less than 30 minutes. They did what they could and told me there were no adjustment bolts for caster and camber. I didn't think much of it. In one ear, out the other. So I drove off. I realized that my truck was still pulling to the right. So I drove back to ask what adjustments they did. They told my that my 06 Nissan Titan didn't come with factory caster and camber adjustments. They told me about one customer with the same problem. They tried installing aftermarket bolts, but couldn't get the old bolts out due to rust. They also gave me the alignment service sheet for my truck showing how off my wheels were. They were very patient with me and took the time to help me understand my situation. It sucks that I paid full price for a partial alignment. But that's due to my own misfortune. These guys were very professional. And now I know what to research to try and solve the issue myself.
Professional and friendly, and the work was done in a timely manner.

The best experience I’ve had working with a shop! I dropped it off Tuesday, they called me Thursday to let me know what the issues were, what the costs to repair would be (and explained what they knew warranty would and would not cover) and beat the price on having my brakes done from our usual shop. When I asked if they could go ahead and do the brakes and if it would delay pickup the next day, they said “no problem!” And had it ready by 10:30am Friday! Seriously, so easy. They handled the warranty company and everything. Highly recommend, and we will be back!
The owner of Precision Tune and his Service Manager Roman are very knowledgeable and trustworthy and makes sure you know your vehicle is up to date on any required maintenance and repairs.
Due to my busy life I am not always thinking about the required maintenance and the owner informed me the other day that due to my driving out of the county of San Diego and my current mileage, it might be a good idea to schedule a tune up in the next week or 2 to save me from any possible issues while I am out of the county.
That to me was an owner who genuinely cares about your safety and is willing to let you know ahead of time of possible unforeseen auto expenses that I could not afford if my vehicle was to break down.
The customer service was great, they diagnosed my car quickly and repaired it fast.
The gentleman gave me a ride home while my car was being fixed and offered to come back and get me. Above and beyond in customer service!!!
