I Needed an oil change so I went back to the guys as I said I would last time I had work done there. I made an appointment two days prior. I arrived on the appointment time at 0830 hrs. They were ready for me. NO WAITING. The oil change took about 30 minutes including the tech going over my other fluids. The tech went over with me what he had done when he was finished. The manager then went over item by item what was going to be needed for my 120k miles service so there would be no surprises. This auto repair business is excellent. I will go no where else.

What I really like and sets you apart is that everyone is friendly and honest. No one is forcing you trying to upsell you nonstop. I was trying to get them to tell me there’s a problem with something that I thought was an issue and would of paid to fix it but they didn’t think there’s a problem They tell you what’s wrong and have suggestions and leave it to the customer to make the decision. I think being like that creates longtime customers versus trying to get that quick dollar and jeopardize trust.
Manager was very kind and took the time to listen. Great customer service.
