Service is always top notch, reliable and honest. Recommendations are made but there isn’t pressure to have them done. I have also been advised where services are not needed such as not needing to replace brake pads due to the amount of pad still remaining. I feel I get great service at a very reasonable price.

In 2025, it seems like one mostly gets blank stares, incompetence and rude behavior anymore when conducting most business transactions. However, my experience at Precision was truly remarkable and worthy of my time to provide this feedback. I've been there twice and both times, service, cost, guidance and overall experience have been of the highest caliber. They gave me space to ask questions and I didn't feel like I couldn't ask anything I needed. This is very important to me and I've been taking my car to the dealer for service but because of this, I'm going to start taking my vehicle to Precision. Of note are Guido, Kurt and Andrew. This particular visit, Guido was the lead and was what tipped the scale for Precision to receive me as a future and regular customer. I sure do hope that someone sees this that needs to. I came in for an oil leak and needed an oil change. They were able to show me exactly where it's leaking from and changed my oil. I appreciate the time they took to make sure everything was in working order.

The man at the front register was so kind, cool and polite. Most places won’t treat you how he treated me and the other customers that was around, so I would really recommend almost everyone to go here.took less then 40 minutes and there was 3 cars in front of me

I like precision tune because precision tune got my car in there and fix the problem and got my car out of there the same day way to go precision tune
Got there and was immediately asked if I needed help. Told customer service rep I needed safety inspection , and within twenty minutes or less I had my inspection and was on my way back home .
I appreciate the coupons and the walk-in service. I trust that they don't try to sell me services I don't really need it can't afford.
