The service was great! I am a little irritated at the number of texts and emails I received asking about the service. I get a lot of messages and emails throughout the week and typically wait until I have free time to get to these type of emails. I think I’ve received more than 10 emails and messages asking me to rate your service. It makes me not want to use you because I’m going to get bombarded with all of this again. Ask me once and give me at least a week to reply. If I don’t answer the second one, stop asking!

Very Fair pricing in these insane times we live in where every penny helps. Once car was brought in the Oil Change and multi point vehicle inspection was quick and thorough. Office and waiting room has been upgraded and is clean, nice tv and free coffee...good job! Office staff friendly and professional.
I took my Volvo XC-90 in for some minor work. They had to order the part, which would take several hours to arrive. John, one of the mechanics, was kind enough to drive me home instead of having to wait in their shop and then pick me up when the work was finished.
I've never had any other shop offer me the same level of service.
I highly recommend them for both outstanding customer care and reasonable prices.

Honesty! I brought my car in thinking I needed brakes (based on Toyota’s assessment and then thought I felt grinding. Got a call from Nicole, who was super sweet and knowledgeable, letting me know I did not need breaks/pads yet. I’ve come in to Precision for various issues with cars over the years. Went to the Honda dealership first, and was greeted by men in collard shirts in a clean environment—they said they don’t take anything after 2pm, so I drove here and someone was able to help me immediately, took my car in and diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and a few days later it was good as new. That’s the difference. One team was clean and put together but couldn’t help me, and the other wasn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and get the job done. Excellent service by Precision Tune Auto Care.
