Jonathan, the manager of the Manassas, VA, PT shop, knows cars and, even better, knows his customers who come back time and again because he is honest and decent and a good mechanic. He will not take advantage of naive or young drivers and try to sell them unnecessary "repairs". If you come in for an oil change, that's what you'll get, not someone trying to sell you a new transmission or scare you with a batch of worn-out filters and belts. Customers know that they will get a square deal, an honest deal, and a good deal - which is why they keep coming back.

Service is always top notch, reliable and honest. Recommendations are made but there isn’t pressure to have them done. I have also been advised where services are not needed such as not needing to replace brake pads due to the amount of pad still remaining. I feel I get great service at a very reasonable price.

In 2025, it seems like one mostly gets blank stares, incompetence and rude behavior anymore when conducting most business transactions. However, my experience at Precision was truly remarkable and worthy of my time to provide this feedback. I've been there twice and both times, service, cost, guidance and overall experience have been of the highest caliber. They gave me space to ask questions and I didn't feel like I couldn't ask anything I needed. This is very important to me and I've been taking my car to the dealer for service but because of this, I'm going to start taking my vehicle to Precision. Of note are Guido, Kurt and Andrew. This particular visit, Guido was the lead and was what tipped the scale for Precision to receive me as a future and regular customer. I sure do hope that someone sees this that needs to. I came in for an oil leak and needed an oil change. They were able to show me exactly where it's leaking from and changed my oil. I appreciate the time they took to make sure everything was in working order.
