Great customer service. Fast and efficient.
Glenn, the manager went above and beyond taking care of me. My car needed a new part, and Glenn promised it would be done the same day, so I did not make arrangements for transportation. When I showed up at the end of the day, the wrong part came in, and my car was not ready. Instead of not caring about my situation, because it was not Glenn's fault, he let use his own personal vehicle for the night, so I could get home. I was able to make arrangements to have transportation for the rest of the time my car was in his shop, and he got me back on the road as soon as possible. Glenn's dedication to customer service and making sure his customers are happy should be commended. Because of Glenn's dedication I will always use his shop for my vehicle needs.

I am so thankful & grateful to have Precision Tune & Luke to work on & research what repairs are needed. Luke is always polite & complete & cover all that may be wrong with my cars when I bring them into him. I have never had this problem with the car & knew I would take it to Precision Tune. My car is running good just as I expected after Luke & staff repaired my car. Price was not as bad as expected which also blessed me. Thank you once again.
