Great customer service
I like that if you make an appointment and arrive on time, they start work on your car as soon as possible. They also guarantee their service - if something goes wrong or doesn't sound right after your car is serviced, you are invited to bring it back for inspection and if it's something they missed or did wrong, they will fix it at no extra charge.
The crew
Very friendly and seem to be knowledgeable staff. They provide diagnostic of other areas of your vehicle to inform you of the current of future needs and offer you a quote if you want them to do the repairs. The quote is good for 30 days and they are ok if you don't utilize them, they still share the concerning information. They even helped and provided guidance to my friend that broke down leaving there from meeting up there with me w/no intentions of getting his care repaired at the time.
The price and most of the time the service. I had oil changed in 2 cars. The thing I wasn’t happy with is I asked did they reset oil life I was told yes got down road and left but came back to get them to reset because wasn’t done like I was told. Also they said the do inspections of lights etc
It was checked on the work order as working
But my left turn signal bulb was not working so therefore I know they could not have checked it

Battleground store is usually pretty good. I did not have a good experience because the tech trying to remove my lug nuts didn’t know what she was doing and damaged all four of my rims. I am not a happy camper.
