Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The guys are not afraid to communicate with the customer about the work needing to be done. They don't try to sell you unnecessary repairs. If a repair is needed, they will call you with their findings and let you make the call.
I've been going to Precision Tune Auto Care for more years than I can recall, probably at least 10 or more; maybe as long as they've been in that location.

Just had my oil changed on Saturday, August 25. It was finished in less time than it usually takes; and that was great, except for one issue. After I left the shop on Saturday on my way home, I started to smell what seemed to be "burnt oil", and the smell was really bad. I thought that maybe they had leaked some oil onto the motor, etc. and it would soon burn off, whatever and that would be oil. But the smell continued from Saturday, Sunday, Monday and into today, Tuesday! Also, there is an oil spot on my driveway and inside the garage I did not have before that I noticed on Saturday thru today. I work and travel round trip 70 miles per day, and the smell going to and from work is pretty awful. Don't know what to do about it; it's too far from my house to get there during the week. A few years ago, this same thing happened, and when it was checked, we discovered they had left the oil cap off when they finished the oil change. Don't know if the same has happened again. But they should make sure the oil cap in on and make certain not to leak oil, and if that happens, to clean it off so the customer does not have to smell burning oil when driving and also oil spots on the driveway and garage that I have to clean up!
This is the only complaint I would have that they need to be more careful about. Otherwise, their service has been fine!

It was a busy Saturday, I purchased the Premium Oil Change and they got me right in. I think I may have been there 20 minutes. Great service and friendly lady at the counter. I will be back and I will recommend Precision.
