Kirk and Basil were fantastic! Very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I was there with a flat tire. They inspected it, showed me the puncture and replaced the tube right away. When I asked a question about the chain, they removed it, cleaned it, lubed it and placed it back on. They are always looking to do whatever they can. They ensure my bike is in top riding condition. It is always a pleasure to bring my bike here.

Went in to get a new Inner Tube and Tire for my bike and was helped immediately. The associate showed me a suitable replacement and changed it right on the spot. He filled it with air to the proper level. Done. 10 minutes.

This place is awesome, they helped me out with something I didn’t even buy there and we’re going to let me trade it in for store credit but then found a solution for using it on the bike I hadn’t thought of that solved the issue I brought it in for in the first place all for free. Absolutely tremendous service here that is unheard of these days. This place is a gem!
