I brought my bike in for a clean-up. I can’t ride my bike in the ice……I don’t know how it rides, but it looks clean and ready to roll. Employees were friendly and knowledgable.
The customer service here was amazing. We live in Chicago but had a less than great experience at the Trek store in the city, so we took our bike here and the difference was extraordinary. Thank you for getting our bike back to new condition for less money than I feared, much quicker than expected, and with staff so kind. We will continue to make the “trek” from the city to your location - the drive is 1000% worthwhile!!

When I stopped in to have a tire repaired, the employee was very courteous, and repaired the tire quickly, explaining why the problem occurred, indicating the importance of maintaining the appropriate air pressure for the type of tires I use.
