The worker was fast and had the parts on the counter in just a few minutes. He also let me look at a bike they were working on in show room . I got a good look at the chain layout on the wheel.

The store layout allows you to see any bikes or accessories you may be looking for without asking for assistance. If you do need assistance the store personnel are quick to help with any questions you may have.

Everyone is super knowledgeable and nice! Not all Trek stores are created equal, I had one bike tuned up at Downers Grove store and one at Villa Park and Villa Park was far better, topped off the tires, adjusted the brakes and installed a light for me. Went over the bike with me again before I left, will be going back again for all my riding needs.
