The work performed was Excellent my 26X4 inch Fat tires and wheels are perfect can't even believe that they are round again, LOL. The fast turnaround and the work, was Excellent I could not believe both the work and short turnaround time and it's done WOW this is the go-to place. I will now go here for help even though it is farther away from my home it is well worth the travel.

Exceptional customer service!

I just got a level 2 maintenance on my bike. I picked it up on Friday, and on Saturday morning I went to check the bike before taking it for a ride and found that the back tire was completely flat. Brand new tire... completely flat.

So, I brought it into the store, a tech guy took a look and said, "looks like the tube was pinched on installation" and then replaced it free of charge.

You guys stand by your work and the bike is awesome again. Thank you.

Good selection of products. Have bought 2 or 3 bikes there, few accessories. Staff is great. Have done a couple quick fixes for my kids bike on the spot, and were able to swap a blown inner tube in a few minutes for him, allowing him to get back to riding instead of waiting a few days for me to find the time, and for about 1/2 the price I was expecting. Very pleased with them, and love being able to shop a small, local shop that knows what they are doing and taking about.

The staff were very friendly and took my bike in gave me an estimate. they met that estimate and bike completed on the day promised. At pick up I asked about a kickstand and it was immediately installed. Great job by all!
