the service techs replaced 2 tires and 2 inner tubes while I waited...took them less than 15 minutes
The service team handled my warranty claim for me and when there was an issue with sram providing the part in a timely manner, the team at trek villa park tracked it down for me and had my bike back to me so I could get back to riding.

I had my 20 year old Trek comfort bike serviced recently. They replaced a flat tire and gave it a tune-up. I was exceedingly impressed with both employees who assisted me and am very pleased with the quality of work that was done as well as the timeliness of the completion of that work. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place!

I walked in for a tire repair. A young man working in the shop immediately greeted me and my 3 1/2 year old grandson. Asked questions to clearly understand my concerns, confirmed what he heard and then quickly fixed my tire with a new tube. I also purchased a tire repair kit from him. We had fun looking at bikes while we waited. Total time in the shop was 10-15 minutes.
