My rear brakes needed repair. I brought my bike in to Trek, and Kirk knew exactly what needed to be done. He was able to replace my brakes under warranty. He thought it would take five days, and he got it done the very next day! He explained everything to me thoroughly so that I could understand. I would totally recommend this shop to everyone! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and work for the customer.

Got greeted right away by a technician about potential repairs, he talked over the concerns I had and ended up getting the bike fixed within hours and I had an idea for the timeframe for the more involved repairs that wouldn't yet be a concern.
