The bikes and customer service were great! Only complaint Is the store is too dark. Dark blue paint on the walls, black ceiling tiles, and two lamp light fixtures all make the store feel like a dungeon. The bikes should be lit up brightly 👍

The tech was very understanding of my issue and took time to check the tire and rim and then explained his findings and made the appropriate fix.
