Love the privacy, liked the tv with speakers in sauna, private shower, staff was friendly and informative.
Notes: add a trash can inside the room, add q tips, tissues, cotton balls in vanity area, adding extra 30 minutes to the session would be nice since it did feel little rushed getting dressed. Also slippers for the room would be appreciated because it gets slippery.

Friendly, efficient, location very clean
First, the two lovely people working at the front desk. They were awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable. Ameda (I think I got her name right) was very knowledgeable about everything-- explained the room, temps, emergency stuff, etc. the staff member at check out helped me sign up for sessions that would accommodate my life schedule.
The place is quiet, super sanitary, and I feel like a million bucks -- even 24 hours later.
