I loved how the whole space felt very relaxing and private. I also liked how I could customize the music using the remote and TV to my liking, and the modern design of the room felt very comforting.

Absolutely loved my experience at SweatHouz! The infrared sauna was the perfect way to melt away tension, and the cold plunge after was next level — that contrast left me feeling completely alive. The vitamin C shower was such a thoughtful touch to finish everything off. The whole circuit left me feeling refreshed, reset, and honestly better than I have in a long time. This place is the real deal — already planning my next visit!
Everything, just one complaint that the floors are slippery when wet. I have fallen once and almost two other times. You should consider some type of floor matting. Also, please consider moving the clock so you can see it anywhere in the room.

Had an amazing first experience at SWTHZ! The facility was extremely clean and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Jasalyn (hopefully I’m spelling that correctly!) was so friendly, informative, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and easy.
The sauna was EVERYTHING!!! Exactly what I needed and definitely my favorite part. The cold plunge, on the other hand… whew 😂 it was SUPER cold and will definitely take some getting used to, but I’m glad I tried it!
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
