Just a nice experience. Forces you to be alone and disconnect from the world. Sauna is nice and easy, but ice bath is a true mental war, but very rewarding once you get in and especially when you get out of it.
I loved how smooth the process was and the facility was very clean and felt very private and luxurious. As a former collegiate and professional athlete, I will certainly be back again!

It was very relaxing
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even asked for some details on the goal of the visit and offered suggestions that would maximize the benefits of the contrast therapy. The suite was set up and ready for me when I got there. Alex was really sweet and even ran a cold water and the eucalyptus towel to my suite while I was still checking in. As an autistic feminine person I felt incredibly safe and comfortable. Honestly the most relaxing hour I've had in a long time. The first session being only $35 was a PERFECT way to see if it was a good fit without dropping lots of money before even going. 11/10 experience and I've already told a handful of people about it.
