I like the cleanliness of the facility and the staff is always very welcoming. My only complaint is lack of good water pressure which causes showers to take longer than need be which does eat away at the time since extra time is needed to ensure all soap has been washed off.
Staff was super friendly and the place was beautiful. Will definitely be back soon!

The facility was clean and spacious. The experience was very relaxing.
Olivia was wonderful. She was so friendly and eager to explain Sweathouz and its offerings. She also gave me a nice breathing tip when going into the cold plunge.

It was very relaxing. I love the shower and the soap and shampoo. At sometime, I’ll make myself go in the cold plunge.

Ease of booking.
The facilities were very nice. Everything felt very clean. When I arrived there was a very kind receptionist, Grace, who treated me and showed me to my suite and answered all my questions. The experience was great! Highly recommend!
The staff were very nice, place was clean and I enjoyed the sauna-shower-plunge experience. One thing by I would change is the YouTube tv ads during the relaxing meditation music which were quite startling. Overall a great experience.

Welcoming staff, Clean facility, accommodation inside suite. I like the Amenities that were given I.E: Eucalyptus towel and complimentary water as well as the choice of flavors for water refills.
The studio is clean and great amenities. Especially the hair dryer is a huge plus.

This was such a pleasant experience, I brought my mom with me to my next visit. The staff were friendly, the space is very clean, and the therapies top notch! Definitely will be dropping in again when in town, but hope to see this franchise expand further west!
