i come to this location with my sister when i visit family in the area. each time we come we have an amazing experience. the attendants are friendly, the space is clean, and it is easy to make an appointment (my normal studio fills very quickly). i always look forward to coming 1-2 times when i visit and if i lived here would definitely have a membership!

The Contrast Therapy was awesome, was everything as expected and the room was setup perfectly with customer service in mind with every small detail included. Sarah was great and helpful checking-in and providing a great tour of the location. I’ll definitely be back!

It felt very welcoming from the receptionist showing me around and explaining how the room works to the relaxing ambience. I wasn’t able to hear noise outside of the room, which was great. I’m eager to return at some point!
The facilities were exceptionally clean and everything was explained to me beforehand. I knew what to expect and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I can’t wait for my next session!

Really liked the cleanliness and the front desk staff's energy!
I wish there's a phone charger so I can charge during my session. Also, it'd be great to provide extra towels as I had to be careful not to leave puddle on the floor.

I find that when I leave I am so relaxed. I sleep better, and have improved mood! Also, the staff is very friendly and the facilities are impeccably clean! I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a practical way to fight inflammation and seek relaxation!
The space was good, clean and staff was friendly. I would have liked the timer positioning to be different but I think thats more a preference to be able to see the time for time management.
