Had such a great experience at SweatHouz today! My husband and I went for a recovery day and it was exactly what we needed. The facility was clean, relaxing, and the whole experience left us feeling refreshed and recovered. Perfect way to give your body some recovery after tough workouts or busy weeks. Staff was welcoming and made everything easy. Definitely adding this into our recovery routine

SET UP - Clean, Quiet, Comfortable

PEOPLE - management and literally ALL of the staff at the desk and with housekeeping - are wonderful. Warm, personable, welcoming, kind, efficient, fair, effective, professional.

I'm a member and loyal regular. Highly recommend.

Only slight issue ... in some of the suites, the water pressure in the shower could be a little stronger.

I loved the full experience! Matt and Jen were incredibly informative, friendly, and welcoming. We were in Suite 2 and loved how clean and well-maintained everything was. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and amazing. Highly recommend!
