Well, it goes without saying that the therapy regimen of infrared sauna, vitamin c shower, and cold plunge was one of the most exhilarating experiences any individual or couple could undertake. But, the very personal attention and accommodations made by the staff were truly stellar. My wife and I felt very welcome upon entry, and we enjoyed the privacy that the staff afforded us while we were renting the suite. From the customer service all the way down to the therapeutic accommodations I must say our experience was perfect.

I love this place. It’s clean and the service is always good. This time tho, my shower did not have any cold water. It was either very warm ( or warmer)

I really like the fact that this location has the contrast therapy in one room. Previously, I was a member at the Somerville location that subsequently shut down to remodel for the same layout, but unfortunately it was met with long delay.
I’ve only been to the Burlington location a couple of times, but so far the staff there are very pleasant and helpful.
