All in all I love Sweathouz and the private contrast therapy suites.
It was just a very pleasant and relaxing experience. An hour almost seemed too short for a quick “spa day” but it actually was perfect. Enough time to build a good sweat in the sauna and then cool off in the vitamin shower/plunge pool

I enjoyed my visit to the Sweathouz West Harrison location. I was visiting New York from Florida and it was nice there was a location close to where I was staying. The facilities were clean my experience in the contrast therapy room was great. It was a very rejuvenating time I needed due to traveling so much!
