Relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time which is strange but that’s what I felt. I liked the cold plunge more than I thought I would. Great service from whoever was there alone at the beginning of the day Sunday. She was terrific . Room was very clean

I like how spacious the rooms were. It was nice that we could fit 2 in a room and do it together. I liked having the ability to watch tv while we were in the sauna as well.

Loved the experience, clean, felt amazing, I’m sure the benefits compound over time. I also slept really well - probably as a result! Parking is not super easy just because the parking garage requires a few steps that make access feel a little annoying.
The facility was clean. The sauna got up to 175. The cold plunge was nice and cold. The staff was very kind, knowledgable, and professional.
I like the the concept of SweatHouz and what it does for the mind and body. I’m always met with the best customer service. I will say the cold plunge usually has some hair left in it. I’m not a fan of that.
I loved the privacy of both the sauna and cold plunge being in the same room. Gabby was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I’d visit this location again!

Everything! I feel pampered when I’m there. It’s all of the details that make it a truly exceptional experience. From the flavored water, to the eucalyptus towels, to the ambient lighting and speakers inside the sauna, SweatHouz is the highlight of my week now.

Great. I would have liked a few more minutes to learn about the sauna’s light settings. But everything else was perfect. I appreciated the Dyson hairdryer and styling tools!
