Sweathouz was great. It was my first time and I received a thorough tour. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and comfortable. I just wish they had red light therapy in the sauna too otherwise it was perfect.

Everything. The suite was clean and sanitized. The sauna was amazing. The vitamin C shower was refreshing. The cold bath was great. My skin is soft and my body don’t ache anymore. I have to book another session. Thank you SWEATHOUZ for your services.
I enjoyed fhe entire experience from informed staff at the front desk to the sauna with a tv visible the citrus showed and cold plunge
Desiree was so pleasant and professional. She explained the experience thoroughly even before we got there she gave us a call and told us what to bring what to expect and then when we got there, we got a nice tour and she explained how to use the equipment, etc.. It was a great experience. We look forward to coming back.

The service was outstanding. She clearly explained everything and we knew what to expect. The bay we were in was clean - big plus! And we sweated! The cold plunge was 💯
