I really enjoyed the versatility of having the option to do the coat plunge, and then rotate to the sauna for the duration of my experience, which was very fear therapeutic. Overall, I would definitely do this experience again for sure.

I’ll go in the order that they occurred. I like that parking was easily accessible and free. We were greeted with smiles and friendly staff members. The staff member explained the process thoroughly the cool tiles with eucalyptus was a nice touch. The room was well thought out compact, but it is a great concept. I enjoyed the sauna, and although I was in there with another person, it still was enough room for the both of us to sit and even do a couple of stretches. I like the timer being next to the cold plunge I was able to push myself to stay in a little longer on my second round. And the shower was clean and I like the citrus rinse. Lastly, when I showered and got dressed after my session I didn’t feel rushed. The staff member informed me of the specials on the way out and overall it was a great experience. I plan to return.
The 60 mins were more than enough time. The tv helped past the time quickly and the cold plunge was refreshing. Staff were very helpful in making me feel welcome
