Great enthusiastic staff. They love the dogs. Very kind and welcoming.
Easy to book, friendly staff, clean environment. I like the webcams and the fact that my dog is tired when he comes home and doesn't stink like urine or other dogs!
Love that there is an opportunity to socialize my pup in a controlled environment! He is so excited to go play with all his new friends and it gives us humans a chance to get things done without a puppy shadow following us!
I just wish their was a camera outside and that the indoor cameras showed the whole room without blind spots.
Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and immediately made me feel comfortable, leaving my pet under their watch.
The coaches and staff are amazing. Love it when the coaches play, run around, and do goofy things to get the dogs engaged and moving!!!
I'd love to see more play opportunities for the dogs - more toys to climb on. I would love for there to be an outdoor play space.
I have noticed that often Penny smells bad after we pick her up. Like maybe she's been walking in urine that wasn't quickly cleaned up off the mats.
Overall, though, I think the staff treats her with love, and that's what's most important to me.

Dogtopia is amazing! We love the staff and fun activities for our Lucy! She's always so happy after a day with her friends at Dogtopia. We wouldn't take her anywhere else for doggie daycare and boarding! Thank you Dogtopia :)
I love the webcams! I can check in on my pup pretty much at any time. This was his first boarding. I could see he was shy at first, but by day 2 he was playing with the other dogs. It was very relieving to see he was doing so well.

Texas is very hot, and this is a great way to ensure my dog is getting her exercise and socialization time in when’s it’s too hot to go outside.

Dog loves going to Daycare/Boarding and it's obvious how much the staff love having him.
I don’t like that I’m never given a progress report on my dog. I have no idea if he eats his food. Even though he never comes home with leftovers, I found that’s because his food gets thrown away. I’m not a fan of the facility being unmonitored at night time. Also, there’s never a spot for my dog to get comfy in the room. He just stands around awkwardly, looking for human affection.
Absolute professionals ! So kind, warm, clearly care so much for the dogs. I feel like Im taking my dog to my family's home! Love that there are Webcams. LOVE that Devon (sp ?) makes the treats for the dogs. I Feel very safe leaving my dog in their care!

Everyone is always happy to see us, when dropping off/picking up my dog. Always knowing who my dog is and who I am there to pick up is an extra nice touch.The staff is very helpful when providing information when I have questions about services and packages. My pup also appears to have a good time when she is there and enjoys going back.
Our dogs were not brushed out after the bath. They were covered in loose hair when we picked them up.

Feedback on how the dog is doing with the stay, mine was the first time and he came back with raspy throat I would’ve like to know that he bark or cried too much, his paw pads were bleeding (probably just irritation) but wasn’t told that either at pick up, I know there is other dogs in the facility but is a peace of mind when those first boarding’s are better communicated with the pet parent.
Also I never notice his bed on the crate
