My dog is always happy to go to daycare. He comes home happy and tired. Requesting appointments in the app is easy and the new app appears to make it even more streamlined.

As always, the girls were well taken care of on their most recent overnight stay. They came home happy, tired and we appreciate how great the staff is that watches out for our girls when we are out of town!
Staff knows us, knows our dog. Our dog is excited and to go there.
I feel like I won't be fully comfortable until the cameras are functioning, and some daycares provide little "report card" style feedback weekly just for updates. The reason I do daycare is so my dog learns how to socialize and I just think it would be helpful for me to really know how that is going.
I love that my dog Syndey absolutely loves going to Dogtopia :) She is always so excited to be there.

Hannah and the team are absolutely wonderful. They took very good care of my princess pup and even asked if I wanted to take home her baby tooth she lost. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Such friendly staff
The staff were always friendly and helpful. The reason for my score of 7 is that I had always asked how my puppy was doing, and I was always told she was doing well, with no complaints or issues, and that she was loved, etc.
I am aware that "scuffles" happen, but while my husband and I were on vacation and our puppy was boarding there, she got puncture wounds (which were downplayed when I was called about it), and she was the one put into timeout. The other dog, to the best of my knowledge, was neither removed nor put up.
Then, when I came to pick her up, I was told she started a scuffle unprovoked (which is out of character for her). There was an injury of some type to the other dog involved, and this is when I was told my dog is not allowed back.
Additionally, signs of behavioral issues were noticed during boarding, and this incident solidified the concern. Nobody, not once, told me there were issues.
Very caring, absolutely know my dog is in good hands.
The app was a major drawback, but I see it has been updated recently. I will check it out, and that may change my score. Otherwise, nothing specific to improve upon!
My dog was content and well cared for. I was unhappy that the webcam was not working.
I like that Coco loves being there. She seems to adapt well. She comes home really tired and happy. She loves the staff.
The friendliness of the staff and how happy our Sonic feels every time he walks through the door. You know when your pup is happy to go in and does not want to leave when you go to pick him up that he is having a great time there.
my dog loves going to dogtopia
Any time we drop our dogs off at Dogtopia their excitement is palpable. The staff are always so affectionate towards them and you can tell that they genuinely love all of the dogs that come there. I also really like the camera feature that allows me to check in on them periodically throughout the day to see if they're enjoying themselves.
The people! Amber is exceptional! She loves her job and it’s is obvious. All the employees are very courteous and helpful to me. I’m somewhat disabled. They assist me voluntarily.
My girl Cookie knows where she is going when I turn the corner. Her tail starts wagging and she lets me know she is happy to go to Dogtopia. This was not the case at other places I tried when Arlington Dogtopia closed. Thank goodness you reopened. I can’t say one negative word! Love Dogtopia.
