Antion & Antoine were very professional, prompt, and communicative before and during the treatment of my home. They were both kind, courteous, respectful, and very thorough in treating my pest situation. Antion warned that my ant problem would get worse before it got better, but within two hours of their visit all signs of ants were gone. Entirely! Not a single ant or earwig since. I’d also been noticing mice activity in my garage and they provided assistance and treatment options for that and made some helpful recommendations. All in all I’m extremely pleased with their service and the effectiveness of HomeShield’s pest treatment options, especially that it’s pet safe since I have two small dogs. The professionalism and how easy it is to communicate with you.
Always call/email a week in advance to notify customers of appointments. Service technicians always call at least 20 minutes before they arrive. Always very accommodating is appointment needs to be changed or made. Always asking if there is another pest that needs to be controlled. Let's customer know when service is completed.
He came to spray last Monday and let me know that he was here, which was very nice. He asked be for trouble spots if any and I told him where little ants have been coming in and asked him to spray some of the plants that were full of spider webs. He went all around the house and took down any webs that were visible from the gutters on down. I really don't have any other insect problems and no rodents, thankfully perhaps because of the spraying service.
The pest control agent gave me good advice for keeping flies away in addition to the regular checkup, which was very helpful

I'm in an area in CA where Norway rats are common. When we first moved in a few years ago, we had a problem with rats in the crawlspace and in the walls. I chose Home Shield based on reviews and customer comments. They eliminated the rodents and have been returning on a monthly basis to do maintenance. I am contacted before each visit, which I appreciate. There is no more rat problem, they are easy to work with, and communication is good. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Home Shield! Pamela came out to do our initial termite inspection, and she was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain exactly what she found and answered all my questions. Frank then came out to handle the treatment, and he did an amazing job ridding us of the buggers! He was professional and efficient and communicated with Pamela when unclear about a particular area. After interviewing four other companies, I highly recommend Home Shield.

Professional, knowledgeable, thorough
Showed up at the appointment time. Rang the doorbell to let me know he was there and then went to work. I was busy so was unable to converse with the attendant, but he seemed very polite and competent. Told me what he was going to do and after I told him I saw an ant and some tiny spiders upstairs he said he would set bait to stop any further intrusion.
