Positive changes have been made over the last couple of years. I like that the same technician comes to my house every time, and he is always so courteous and pleasant. He also takes the time to explain the work he does and is always willing to answer all of my questions. He is very nice to my dogs as well.

Brendan is a very good Pest control service man. He is a great personality and does his job very well. he make sure he sprays all the areas that are necessary, including areas that I’ve picked out in the garden. He cleans the spiders and the webs takes down all the webs on the high ceilings of the building and in the windows all other areas he’s very efficient. Check the rat trap and definitely ask us if we need any more assistance with any pass that we write see.

We have had a serious ant problem for years. We tried everything that we had access to, but finally decided it was time to call in the professionals, as we just couldn’t get rid of them. Home Shield took care of the problem both indoors and outdoors, and they also offer unlimited revisits whenever we need reinforcements.

The tech Brandon was awesome. He was very clear and detail oriented on the process for spraying for the ants and the bombing of the inside of the house for fleas.
Although he said I may see and increase in ant activity for a few days after service, it's been 5 days and we have not seen an ant inside or outside of our house.

Antion & Antoine were very professional, prompt, and communicative before and during the treatment of my home. They were both kind, courteous, respectful, and very thorough in treating my pest situation. Antion warned that my ant problem would get worse before it got better, but within two hours of their visit all signs of ants were gone. Entirely! Not a single ant or earwig since. I’d also been noticing mice activity in my garage and they provided assistance and treatment options for that and made some helpful recommendations. All in all I’m extremely pleased with their service and the effectiveness of HomeShield’s pest treatment options, especially that it’s pet safe since I have two small dogs.
