We have had service for many years now and couldn’t be more pleased. The office staff have been responsive and are great at understanding our needs. We have pets and organically grown food so we’re concerned about chemicals. This company uses pet/ yard safe products. The techs are great at communicating when they will arrive and any issues we are experiencing.
We originally called them for a serious infestation of ants. After the first treatment problem solved. We had tried for years to clear them out. No more issues until this year. It has been a difficult year with pests and disease in the Bay Area. They have come several times this year for new pest issues and each time have resolved them in 1 appt.

They do a good job

I've only had the first service (and a quick follow up consultation) but so far the company had been great. Specifically I'd like to highlight my tech Elijah. Not only was he super thorough with the first spray, he was very knowledgeable about my issue and answered all of my questions throughout the process. A few days after the initial spray, the situation got worse. Elijah was great as he performed a quick follow up consult that same day. He recommended additional steps as well as a game plan for the next scheduled appointment which put me at ease. If this is the level of service going forward I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs pest control services!

Corey was very specific and clear on explaining how their service works. When Brandon came to physically do the job , he was very thorough.

#1 Ants are finally gone, it was like we were living on an Ant Hill! (tiniest piece of food upstairs in our bedroom, the ants would find it immediately, bringing 50 friends!)

I loved the technician who came this time around. She patiently checked every nook and was thorough in her work. She is also so pleasant to work with.

The technician was very thorough and sprayed all of my fence lines and my entire property. He was very knowledgeable and took alot of extra time cleaning my rooflines of cobwebs and even my patio cover. It was impressive!

My kitchen was being overrun by ants and nothing I tried stopped them from coming back. I needed professional help so I called Home Shield. I signed a service agreement with the office -
the price was very reasonable. Elijah, the Service Rep came out the very next day - kudos to Home Shield because the need was urgent. Elijah assured me that he would take care of the situation, and he did just that. He sprayed outside perimeter, front and back. A few ants came back in the living room, where I said he did not need to spray, but I was able to get rid of them with an organic, essential oil product that I saw on Shark Tank. It has been a week now and the ant problem is gone. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Elijah and Home Shield.
