Showed up at the appointment time. Rang the doorbell to let me know he was there and then went to work. I was busy so was unable to converse with the attendant, but he seemed very polite and competent. Told me what he was going to do and after I told him I saw an ant and some tiny spiders upstairs he said he would set bait to stop any further intrusion.

We are only two services in and so far so good, but what has been outstanding was the interaction I had with Bryanna in Customer Service when I had some scheduling challenges. She listened, acknowledged and then preceded to suggest a solution.

We had a great experience with Home Shield! Pamela came out to do our initial termite inspection, and she was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain exactly what she found and answered all my questions. Frank then came out to handle the treatment, and he did an amazing job ridding us of the buggers! He was professional and efficient and communicated with Pamela when unclear about a particular area. After interviewing four other companies, I highly recommend Home Shield.
