Everyone is responsive and knowledgeable from the representative who took the initial call to request service, to Melissa who set the traps and Pam who identified the entry points and recommended barriers. Having mice is an unsettling experience. There was something very sweet about Melissa describing them as curious. And the trap was effective on the first day.
