He arrived on time, was friendly and after spraying inside and outside, circled the house to clean out any spiderwebs on house or visible elsewhere. I didn't see any roaches after the initial spray and no adverse reactions from many cats in the yard.
The only recommendation would be a list of what to do after the spraying. For instance, how soon can you water the areas around the house and when is it okay to water the lawn?
Is there any concerns if a cat eats the grass? And, if so, long should you wait before letting them eat grass?

Excellent customer service! I was having huge issues with ants and they came out the same day to spray inside and outside, in addition they cleaned my spider webs as well. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t seen one ant!! Amazing, highly recommend their service.

Bradon was professional, friendly and respectful. He patiently cleaned the cob webs outside of our house, sprayed the chemicals, checked and installed more traps for the mouse in the attic. He made sure the gate was properly closed so our dog won’t accidentally get out. Well prepared and ready note for our property that he needs a ladder to access the attic. Excellent service. Thank you.

Very professional and friendly service providers. On time and text alerts also sent in a timely manner. Wore booties in the house as requested and took them on/off in a way that made them effective. Patient when I had to clear away items to allow them access to areas I didn't anticipate needing to prep for them. For the termite inspection, I would have liked if I was notified ahead of time that they would need line of sight to all windows and baseboards of exterior walls. Not the inspector's fault so not affecting their score here.

This is the first company of such services that has a schedule in place. You pay more but I think it's a great idea to have traps set ins particular places and have those servised monthly. You never know when there may be a nest of rats or mice where having such a setup in place is the way to go.
