If I have scheduled for morning hours for the services (8a-12noon), I am expecting the service(s) be conducted in this time frame.

I like that your Technicians keep me informed when they are on their way. Technicians inroduce themselves and ask about your insect issues.They listen as to what areas are most concerning. They explain how they will address your insect issues and what type of spray or bait they will put down in troubled areas. I find the Technicians explain that if we have any continuing bug problem to call them and they will come back. I am very satisfied with my services and the professionalism of Home Sheild.

Pam was fantastic in her inspection for bugs in my house. My downstairs tenant had been complaining about bugs in her apartment but I hadn't seen evidence of it, and my tenant's roommate hadn't seen bugs either. I spoke with Pam about it first. She was great with my tenant - very respectful while also asking questions about why she believed there were bugs, etc. Pam thoroughly inspected inside and outside the house and showed my tenant that there was no evidence of bugs, while being very respectful to her. She even gave her some traps. Pam never tried to sell me services that I didn't need or recommended that I pay for anything "just in case". She was also very timely in coming for the appointment and kept in communication before her arrival. My tenant felt listened to and respected, and reluctantly could see that there might not be bugs there.
I was thoroughly pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Home Shield. I will defintely use them if I have any pest problems. They show a lot of integrity in their service.
