HomeShield (Tom) was the first to make contact upon reaching out to multiple companies. Tom made the process easy and smooth as this was my first time making contact with a pest control company. He was patient, answered all questions and concerns I had and allowed me time to make a decision and was able to schedule an appointment the same week.

Carlos is our pest control inspector/person. He is great. Clear communication in regards to arrival time, treatment plan, what to expect and look out for and next steps. Overall, everything has been good so far. We look forward to our quarterly services.

It was great to find a local and family-owned service provider. I appreciated the ability to get a next day service appointment. The Technician was very thorough, friendly, knowledgable, and even though I called about outside mice, he sprayed for spiders, offered to spray for ants, and will return on request to spray more.
I have already given the referral to my home owners association and resident representative. We are a large Townhome Complex surrounded by open fields. I am sure I cannot be the only unit with rodents escaping heavy rain drainage. Thanks!
