I am so pleased with Home Shield. I started with the company several months ago. I contracted for ant and rodent prevention. We live out in the country so we have no deficit of rodents.Technicians were very pleasant. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. After their first treatment I am basically ant free. It's been a very populated year for ants. They were everywhere. Now we're 99.9% ant free. It's not for just a couple weeks. It's long term.
Rodent control has been excellent. When they made their first call, after surveying my attic space, they found hundreds of mouse and rat leavings. They also located entry points through the tile roof. I accepted their quote for cleanup and new insulation. The pricing was amazingly comfortable. They closed up all of the entry points and set snap traps. On the first night I did not hear one rodent. They used to race around and chew on ducts and insulation. Now, nothing. Home Shield also closed off entry points in the crawlspace. No more rodent activity. No more ants. Miracle. Thanks Home Shield!

Every service tech that has been out to service our yard has been very professional, always explains the service they will be performing, and asks if I have any questions or concerns. They then get right to work and are finished in a timely manner. Once the job is done, they give a quick rundown of what they did and let me know some of the things they noticed and took care of. The most recent service tech that came out was Bradon S. and he by far has been the best.

After having read good reviews about this company, I gave their office a call. The service was easy to schedule and the gentleman showed up as scheduled. He was friendly, informative and accommodating and the best part it was that I haven't seen a bug since. I am very, very pleased.

It has been about 10 days since our first initial treatment. I wanted to wait until after the 7 day mark to write our experience.
The technician came and was kind even early in the morning at 8 AM. They quickly went to work and got to understand our situation. They wore booties in the house, being mindful of our cleanliness and space.
I didnt have high expectations but on the same day, we already saw a dramatic decrease of ants. Now at day 10, i only saw one. We will see how long this lasts, but so far...so great...and IMPRESSIVE.
