Home Shield came out as often as needed deploying a layered remediation plan until the problem was abated. I will never go without their routine maintenance again!
In particular Technician Carlos Vargas tried several tactics and within 2 months of his first service my home was rodent free.

Follows the agreed upon places to spray and liked having same one twice, Friendly and responsible. Also anoither time we had so many problems with ants and a supervisor came and caulking did the job

First of all, the ants are gone! Sometimes they come back but with Homeshield's quarterly services, the ants are under control. Second, scheduling and customer service is very good.
