HomeShield's inspector did a thorough job in inspecting our house for termites and the inspection was free. He did find termites, but we decided to re-roof first as the termites would be difficult to expose under the roof. Once we remove the roof, we'll have HomeShield inspect it and perform whatever termite eradication steps are necessary. Then, we'll put on the new roof.

Their knowledge was very specific & detailed about my big problem. 100% recommend.
