They took the time to explain everything to us, which we really appreciated b/c we are elderly with disabilities. Talk about patience!
I like having a set price for both fuels I use and having a monthly budget plan. The service plan is very good, including an annual cleaning & I have experienced prompt service when I've had problems with my furnace.

Timely delivery and very good maintenance crew
Our fuel was delivered much earlier than anticipated. Our fuel is normally delivered on a schedule however due to circumstances we used more fuel during the summer than anticipated. And the fact that we received a prompt delivery was very much appreciated

One of the reasons I returned to Downeast Energy/propane is the pleasure of working thru a somewhat touchy situation with your sales person, Justin. I find him able to persevere , navigating any situation due to his knowledge, integrity and personality. Hes a quick thinker and is “ on spot”!
Justin is definitely an asset to your company and I hope you give him a commendation before his peers! I’m sure a bump in his check would be appreciated too! 😊 There are not many like him!
PS of course it helped that Justin was able to offer me something substantial but willingness and ability to address my concerns and follow thru is the reason I’m writing to your company!

That u fix the problems that arise THe thing i dont like is ts tbat u are higher on prices than any other oil company in the area.. Another thing now is u are no longer your own Boss and communication has become a problem , Yes u finally get to the problem and make the repairs Thats why i am still with u ..
