Friendly employees
My K1 delivery was yesterday and I was very happy to see the driver. I have a difficult driveway and parking area and my daughter's car was parked there. He carefully negotiated the car...and dragged the hose up the walkway to the back of the house. No easy task, that's for sure. We were making Christmas cookies and happily shared a couple with him. Many thanks!
Auto delivery
We have used your service since 1988 and have always been satisfied with the handling of any issue that may have come up. We have always been able to reach a human if we had any problems and they have always been rectified with ease and respect !
I love having "the plan". It is comforting to know that oil is coming and I don't have to pay for it. hehehehe I miss that the cleaning service is separate from the plan, but it all comes out the same.

Remote monitoring of propane tanks. Now we know when to expect delivery. Also service. I called on a weekend for a non emergency issue and asked to have someone come out Monday. The rep was very friendly and courteous. The issue became a non issue and I called back to tell them. Monday, I got a call to make sure everything was OK.
The gentleman that came and serviced are heater were pleasant and courteous, and went right to work and weren’t in the way.
Our service has been consistent over the years. While I'm sad that the company isn't as local as it used to be, we've had good response with service issues and deliveries are very dependable.
Quick resolution to issues that come up
I had great experiences from the staff at your company from the customer support team on the phone to the tank deliver guys (both professional, did a great job) to the propane delivery guy. I believe I remember him from 10 years ago at my previous address.

Very pleased with the on-time refilling of our tank and the pleasant guy who came to fill it.
Also, the service technician who did our furnace check was a great guy who explained things and so much fun to chat with. Do wish the oil prices were lower though,
