1. Service calls have been responded to immediately if therre was a problem and in a timely manner for ordinatry service. Service was done cordially, efficiently and thoroughly.
2. Both when we had propane nstalled for our range adn when it was subsequently removed, the work was done with dispatch and neatly
3. Annual renewals of our contract have been explained clearly and with options.
We have never had an issue with deliveries.

I like that I have automatic refill, so don't have to worry about watching the guage on the tank - even though I do. I like the budget plan & that the bill is left after a delivery. Most of my neighbors have natural gas or their own fuel company, so I have no one to refer to.
