I was concerned about the volume of gas we used during our recent (multiple) power outages since the range and the fireplace were our only sources of heat. When I called to check, the company sent out a delivery to ensure we were in good shape (we would have been okay without it) and gave me the assurance we were not going to run out.

In a world where customer service appears to be deteriorating left and right, Sue Lane provided one of the best experiences I have endured in recent memory. We have been anticipating this storm for several days and I conveyed the sense of urgency in filling our liquid propane tank given the likelihood of losing power and that being our only heating source when that happens. In a matter of three days, Sue was able to expedite the re-fill request on Monday, which led to the tank being filled Wednesday morning. As it turns out, we lost power Thursday Morning and have been without it ever since so her timing and prompt action is keeping our family warm as we speak. We are a family of four and have two kids under four, so you can imagine the nerve raking nature of this situation.
I hope others can take note of Sue's dedication to her craft and taking pride in what she does.
