Very good service with automatic refills, and I love the fact that I can check our propane level from my cell phone.

DownEast staff who deliver propane and kerosene to my property are great. They check in with me and have asked good questions.
Schedulers have also been terrific by phone and helped me get deliveries set up.
Two weeks ago I converted from oil to propane.
My conversation to set up the fuel change was a little bumpy; the fellow I spoke to seemed new to his position.
I hope that I get billed correctly adn that the rebates are applied.
I have been with Downeast energy for many,many years. They are dependable and they aim to please their customers. I can. Honestly say I have never been cold in the winters in my beloved Maine, and can rely them to deliver K-1 to my home no matter what the weather is.
