First of all I very much like my bike and second of all the staff was excellent about giving me a credit for the rear basket that didn’t hold up to standard use and also let me return the rack with it .
Was told they just want to keep me happy as a customer and they sure did.

I took my bicycle in to fix a flat tire and have a kickstand installed. As always, the service was fast—they had everything done in about 15 minutes. Great customer service, fair prices, and the best bike shop in town.

Trek AH is an excellently run Bike shop! Efren and his team are very knowledgeable and make the process fun! They never forgot that cycling is a great hobby and they make it FUN!

Great communicative service staff, committed to my satisfaction with repairs and servicing. They also helped coordinate purchasing proprietary parts for the bike I brought in for repair which made things very easy. It was repaired promptly. I brought it back several times the day I picked it up due to small adjustments that needed to be made and they were always gracious and helpful in finding solutions and making things right. 10/10.

The whole staff, particularly Mario, were incredibly kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I’m very impressed by Trek’s warranty on their products. The FX 3 is a beast!!!!!

Everyone in that store is very knowledgeable. I know that Trek is a very good brand, but I think it it would be nice to see some other products in that store. People have really cut back and a nice affordable brand that would cater to a broughder range of people. May be even become dealer for an electric bike that are very popular right now.

The crew in the store was very friendly and helpful, plus the store was very clean and well arranged.

I popped in to have y'all look at an issue with my tire. The team addressed it quickly and even did a few extra repairs while I was waiting. They were great.

The Alamo Height Trek store is and has always been the friendliest and most inviting location.
Their staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and very courteous. They always go out of their way to help me find what I wanted and what i may need for any occasion.
Tim has helped me more than a few times and is always super helpful. If ever I need anything, I know I can count on him to be honest and to point me in the right direction.

Great team all around and super helpful! We've bought all of our bikes there and they take care of us anytime we have an issue whether its a chain coming off or just filling up our tires.
