Service is the best ever. Ezekiel and Ian went above & beyond to help me out with my new electric trike even though it was not purchased here. Since it was a gift from a friend and had been sitting for a couple of years, I had them check it out, and they took care of the tires and gave it a clean bill of health. Then they delivered it to me and explained how to work it. I really mean it when I say best service ever.

I bought my bike from Trek bicycles many moons ago. Life has gotten in the way of me enjoying my bike for years. She is such a cute bike that I had to take her back to be serviced so I can ride her again. Mario helped me decide what was needed as far as servicing goes for the bike. He was professional and knowledgeable about what my bike needed.
Efren was the employee who helped me when I went to pick up my bike. Again, professional and a problem solver ;) (thank you). He helped me load my bike into my car. Appreciate that.

I appreciate the evaluation and service I received when I took my old road bike to make it road-ready for an upcoming exercise camp, including bike rides in the Davis Mountains in west Texas. The men I worked with at Trek were helpful in explaining what was needed to make the bike ready and safe, but did not try to sell me more than what was needed. I had a deadline to meet I order to leave town and my bike was ready before that deadline. I’ll know more about how the bike rides for me, in the coming week.

The staff was awesome especially the mechanic who put my bike together. Liked that he convinced me to wax my chain👍

Everyone at the bike shop was great. When I picked up the bike, I felt like I got personal attention, setting up the bike and getting more advise from maintenance to places to ride. They went out of their way to make sure everything was working properly before I left.

I brought our bike in for a service and new tires. The staff was pleasant and listen to what I wanted done. I asked if I could get fenders on the bike as well and they were able to find ones that would work on the bike!
