Order process went smoothly. I was easily able choose my size based on previous experience and the size guide and geometry charts. Shipping directly to my home was timely and without issue. Received package with no damage. Bike assembled easily by myself. *I perform all my own maintenance and am a competent mechanic, so that does factor in, but still the assembly process should be rather easy for most.* Extremely happy with my Farley 5! Such a joy to ride! This is my 7th new Trek purchase and I have enjoyed them all immensely.

This trip to Sonoma was so wonderful. The guides were wonderful personalities, extremely helpful and kind. We were a small group, 8 in all. But not only when we had a problembut even before, they were there to keep us safe, fed, provided for.
The hotel in Healdsburg, Sonoma, The Harmon Guest House was very comfortable, well kept and wonderfully situated. The restaurants we went to were very good to excellent. The vineyards we visited were lovely and the wines exceptional.
The Trek Ebikes were heavy but responsive and perfect for the rides.
The routes were quite well chosen for safety and environment - mid October. But we were blessed with beautiful weather.
This is not my first bike tour but among the best I have been on.
Hats off (helmets on) to Trek bike tours.
