Malik and Declan at the Trek store in Chelsea in NYC were very friendly and helpful in getting my new bike set up.
I have owned many Trek bikes and I love the bikes but more importantly, I respect what Trek stands for - ride bikes, have fun, feel good. My local Trek Store in Arlington, Texas sponsors rides that are racially diverse, composed of men and women of all ages and probably all political camps - but we are not there to talk divisive issues - we are there to support and look after each other while we ride together to have fun and feel good. If the rest of life was as positive as a group ride out of my local Trek shop, America would be a better place.

Bike is excellent, exactly what I was looking for. The packaging and assembly were excellent, I enjoyed assembling and configuring my bike at home. I would highly recommend to anyone.
The only thing I had to tweak were the suspension calculator results, they were way too firm for me.

I worked with Greg at Trek Bicycle - Downers Grove for my pickup. He was super patient with me, let me test ride a few options, answered all my questions. I ended up staying with the bike I originally ordered online, but it's people like Greg that will make me (and my family) a lifelong customer at Trek Bikes in Downers.
It was painless and I had all the information to get the best highest quality bike for my purposes. All the information was well explained. When I got to the store and saw it I gasped in awe Trek bikes are truly the most amazing selection.
Very simple process and the bike is amazing.
I liked that I was able to buy a Rapha product that I couldn't find in the Rapha online store. My only criticisms are that the order confirmation did not reflect my entire address, which gave me pause, and the tracking link simply didn't work for me. Ultimately, I did receive my order in a timely manner with no other issues. Thank you!
