Fast and easy!

I haven't used the bike yet, but I appreciate the packaging and the quality so far.

I discovered a great deal on a Project One bike I had been considering on the Red Barn portion of the site. Ordering process was simple and easy.

1. I could actually call and talk to a human being.
2. The human being was very responsive in attempting to solve my problem and Trek shipped a part to replace the defective one originally sent.
3. When that part was also found to be defective, my money was refunded.

Unfortunately, I still do not have a working part!

easy product selection, ordering process. One suggestion: specific product description (i.e., in this case: compatibility with specific handle bars)/installation guidance wasn't included. While this particular part was relatively easy to install myself (with a few suggestions by the dealer when I picked up the part), a couple of comments, instructions would have been helpful

This experience was very positive. Bike came exactly as described. Shipped well and had tools and instructions for assembly. Took a hour to be ready to ride. Bike is great. I made some fitting adjustments for me and that is all. The only thing I would recommend is to call out non-original parts since those choices tend to be rider-specific I think they make swapping them out again more likely. Overall very pleased with my purchase .

I ordered replacement pads for my kid's helmet. They were shipped to my local trek dealer and waiting for me when I got there. Reasonable prices, fast shipping and good communication.

I've been a Trek owner (multiple bikes) for at least 25 years. Have always dealt with local Trek dealers. This was my first time dealing with trekbikes.com only because the local dealership wopuld take longer to et the replacement part I needed than having it shipped directly to my home address.

I was completely satisfied with my purchasing experience of my new Crosspoint ALR3. The bike was almost completely assembled other than the from wheel and handlebars. Even the tires had air in them. The bike was exceptionally well packaged. The instructions for assembly were spot on and the tools that were included were of excellent quality and will become part of my bike tool kit. Very happy, very satisfied. Bike rides and shifts perfectly. I bedded in the brakes according to instructions and they work perfectly, no rubbing, no noise. If you have even rudimentary ability to work with simple tools I would highly recommend purchasing a bike this way.
