Always a great experience when ordering from TREK!

I got a dual sport + 2LT bike. It is light weight and rolls effortlessly. I only use the electric assist going up hills. I often cycle an 11 mile loop from my house. It takes only about 1 hour and I'm not a bit tired afterwards. I'm 74 years old. Wonderful bike!

I ordered a new helmet with the blendr light mounting system and the flare RT light system. The helmet fits great, and the lights are extremely bright. I like having the taillight mounted up on my helmet so I can be seen easily from behind.
The not so good part- shipping took 13 days. You need to put Lance back in charge of the USPS to speed them up :)

Amazing service

The customer service was more pleasurable than I expected. The customer service agent helped me pick the best bike for my wife, and she was able to find that bike and sell it to me. The bike was shipped to a Trek Bicycle shop close to me and assembled rapidly, and they called me every step of the way.

Your company has it together: Pleasant, courteous, efficient, and beyond what I would call great products and people.

It was good experience, everything was smooth. Took 3 business days for bike to arrive. It usually takes 5 to 7 in Montana. Everything works flawless. My son totally happy.

My husbands bike was stolen in New Mexico. We live in GA but weren’t heading there so we were able to ship it to a store in Virginia where we would be. The store verified the delivery and had it ready to ride as soon as we arrived.

Although the sizing didn't work out, the online experience was efficient.

It was an easy process from beginning to end. Sending it to a shop to assemble is really the best move. Unless you are an expert, they take care of having it ready to go. Eastern Panhandle Bicycle Company called me as soon as it was ready and made adjustments to fit me before I left.

It was a gift for my granddaughter

I purchased a used Checkpoint SLR7. Not only did I think the price was reasonable, the fact that the frame had been tested by Trek and came with the same lifetime warranty of a new bike was the key factor in why I bought from Trek instead of Facebook marketplace. I logically know that carbon is extremely tough, but buying used, there's always that bit of doubt regarding what might have happened to the frame that isn't being disclosed. Trek's warranty removed that concern.

My Domaine + HP 7 has been a great bike. I am 78 years old and still go out and do 25 miles at a time four times a week.

Sales are easy to find and had a great selection.

I have owned Trek bikes for several decades. In fact, I owned one of the first-generation Trek Mountain Bikes made many years ago. And I still have it, as well as another aluminum frame Trek that still works well, but I wanted a new Trek. So I bought through Trek with ease, my bike shop assembled it quickly, and the process was very smooth. And. I love the new bike! I would recommend Trek bikes to anyone looking for a quality bike that will take any beating you can give it and keep going.

I am a long time Trek owner. Every Trek bike I have owned has been comfortable and safe and fun to ride. The customer service has been great at all times.
