Knowledge and experience of the staff. Very in-depth.
It's pretty informative.
Staff at the Williamsburg store are very friendly and helpful. Love my technician Ash
Nice b8ke, easy to ride, great service
American made small buisness
it was great
Good selection, quick processing and shipping. Fair price
I didn't get all of the paperwork needed. When I bought my wife's Allant 8s she had all of the numbers of her frame, motor, and keys for easy storage. I didn't get that.
Fun and Reliable, great quality components.
Simple returns on a pair of shoes which I may have mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I bought the correct size, and they are perfect. I'll know for sure after 23 miles of gravel tomorrow morning.
Just easy Last name removed use.
Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Well designed and great client satisfaction policy. I spoke with 2 customer reps in the process and I feel they could be better with their demeanor on the phone.
Easy to see what is available and to purchase.
Great bikes and website is easy to access and use
The website was easy to navigate with a great selection. I got a fun new bike bell and it was promptly shipped.
The manager, Mikey, and the salesman, Leon, were great. They put up with me coming in the store 20 times to ask dumb questions and look at everything. I like the store location and layout. Really convenient
Staff is always responsive and friendly for “walk in” services
Reliability and performace
Good price for a great bike.
Quality product. I had the bike shipped to me directly and it was easy to finish the assembly work. Directions were included and even the necessary tools, although I do my own bike repair so I have a bike repair stand and tools. The Checkpoint is my second Trek, my other Trek is a Trek 6000 mountain bike, which I still ride and is in excellent condition.
Everything went smoothly and the bike was well packed. Only disappointment was that it was a used 2024 and did not include the in frame tool bag.
I love you. I have drunk the colloquial Kool aid. Whether we’re talking from a retailer standpoint trying to get a warranty standpoint or as a consumer using the Ride Club app, you guys are great

Quick response. Trek has grea products. I have owned several and liked them all. However, my contact with Trek.com was to inquire about FAA rules regarding batteries in checked luggage. The di2 system uses a battery that exceeds the watt hour allowance stated by the FAA for checked baggage. However, this apparently does not apply to installed batteries. The battery does seem to be installed, though it surely can be removed (not by me but by a trained service tech). I was seeking clarification on this matter so I can assured that I can take my di2 equipped Domane SLR7 with me to France this July. The agent I chattted with was not able to provide that clarity and referred me to FAA guidance. I think that Trek should look into this matter and provide guidance to customers about flying with their bikes.

Easy purchasing process, product better than described.
