What could we do to improve?

I am a podiatrist who frequently shops at Fleet feet. I found a couple different issues today. #1 as a referral as I recommend your store frequently to my patients and used to get a 20% off coupon. That has reduced to 5%. Secondly, the worker that took care of me was very friendly, but only four weeks into his position, and didn’t know the difference between supination and pronation. This should be number one priority to teach your workers on a very important concept of fitting for shoes.

I highly recommend Fleet feet to anyone looking for good tennis! The staff was very attentive and helpful in searching for a pair of shoes. The inventory they had was plentiful and the brand of shoes they have are some you don't see at your regular Academy stores. Thank you Fleet feet for having great customer service!

Every time I have gone in your sales staff say hello, even when they are assisting other customers. I am always asked what my needs are out of my shoe, then I have multiple choices to try on. Service is always great!

I appreciated the tracker to learn more about my feet and stride. I loved the individualized feedback it gave the employee to pick out exactly the type of shoes that would work best for me. They were efficient and timely with my products.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I've had the most difficult time trying to work within your very restricted open hours. I start work before you open. You close at 6pm before I'm done work. You are closed on Sundays which is my only day off. I'm a sports specialist doctor and I send patients to you for your expertise but what a challenge it has been for myself to catch you when you are open. It's taken me one month to get 2 pairs of running shoes because dealing with online is just as restricted time wise. I had to return one pair and buy another and it doubled my time trying to work within your restricted availability. Very stressful for myself just to get running shoes. Next time I will order direct from the brand I want. I still don't have my shoes in my hands unfortunately. I don't have any evenings where I'm done before 6pm this week either. I will keep trying.

Sales Associate was knowledgeable and personable. Never a complaint about the Associates considering all the years we have patronized Fleet Feet.
One complaint (not about him): my wife and I were there to buy her a new pair of running shoes for her evening walks with one of her friends. We do this every Mother’s Day. I received a few emails about a pair of free Features socks with the purchase of $25 or more. we bought two pair of On shoes but only requested one pair of socks. The free socks should have been sized so they would fit the person that will be the user of the shoes. We were given a very nice Mother’s Day bag with the size Medium sock. My wife wears a 10.5 shoe for extra toe room. I would like to exchange those socks for a pair of Large socks.

Customer service is awesome. I needed to return some Hoka shoes while away from home. The store where I bought them emailed me the receipt so as to be able to return them to a location in another state in a timely manner. The 2nd store accepted the return without questions at all. I then purchased a different model to hopefully find a pair of Hokas that will work for my feet.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I’m a healthcare worker and not a runner or Athletic type person, but I feel my store caters more to those types of people. I love my Hokas and I usually order them online I just hate returning or exchanging them at the store. I had to exchange a pair I just bought, the associate gave me credit without the $15 reward Included what I expected but he never asked if I had another to use and I had already earned a new reward.

What could we do to improve?

Hello, despite we had good service from the teenagers you have in the place, it’s hard to trust 100% in their expertise. The other thing is that the insoles you sell, are pretty generic for the price, which they ended up hurting my feet, because the up support is too low for my feet. I which the measurements that you do when scanning, could prevent that and if you don’t have a good insole, don’t try to sell it.

The person that helped us name was Michael, very knowledgeable about the foot measuring machine and explained it to us so we could understand what the outcome of the machine specifications meant, also provided us with three different pairs of shoes to try. We finally ended up picking the ones that were most comfortable and we’re very pleased..Michael was very courteous and professional. He is a credit to your company. AAA+++

It was everything I hoped for. I wanted a shoe that I could wear daily and for walking specifically. I knew my feet and knees do better with arch support and the scan showed that and the right shoes were selected to choose from. I wore them yesterday for the first time and it was great. There was none of that ‘breaking in the shoe’ business…it just fit right. I’ll be back!

Went with my hubby , was greeted as we walked in the store .Info about wait time , ca 19 minutes .
It was a lot of people in the store the staff made it work really well ,
Sales guy asked hubby what he was looking for , hubby said these and these showed 2 pairs ,
The guys said do you want to be fitted and foot scanned or you seam to know what you want ,
Hubby tried on walked a few steps , I’ll take them
Lol the quickest athletic shoe shopping ever .
The sales guy could read a person real well , super impressed

What do you like about our products and services?

Luke was the person that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous. He understood my needs/ problems (Supportive shoe following spinal surgery) and provided 3 great options. I love the shoes I selected. Luke is a really great young man and a valuable asset to your business.
