Typically a long wait for a staff member to assist. And not a lot of color options for most of the shoes.
Fantastic store, and the employees are never to busy to find and fit the right shoe, provide advice, or just talk about running. I love this store.

It would have been nice to know prices of items before I got to the register. As someone on a budget, I would have possibly compared prices to shoes I liked that were similar. Or possibly decided to hold off on buying insoles.

Unlike other places you can purchase shoes, the worker/associate was super knowledgeable, listened and focused on what I was looking for, provided options, and made me feel excited about my purchase and my fitness journey! I have already told my friends to go there, and it was my sister who told me. I always thought you had to be runner to go to shop at Fleeet Feet, and boy was a I wrong. Thank you!
All your products are of great quality...I have never been disappointed. And your sales staff is so knowledgeable, that's half the reason I go to Fleet Feet. Had a great experience on Saturday w/ Lyndsey helping me at your Roseville store...she evaluated my feet, and brought out 3 different shoes, all of which were great, and I ended up w/ a new pair of New Balance 860's. She was knowledgeable, efficient and listened to me. She also helped my w/ my orthotics!! That service is what keeps me coming back time and time again, and my husband too!!
