I am glad that Fleet Feet store and on line are associated, so that I can ask a question
of the store, look at item on line, and still have the option of going to the store to try on
shoes, before buying them. I value the quality of the merchandise and know how much
the employees at the store can give you a good measurement, to help you find the

The spikes for my daughters shoes were the wrong size and kept falling out at her track races. When we realized they were the wrong size (within only a few weeks of buying the spikes & running shoes from Fleet Feet) the person at the store gave my husband an extremely difficult time about switching the wrong spikes WE WERE GIVEN from the store. He finally got other spikes and they were still incorrect. My daughter ended up buying new ones from Amazon online, the correct size and they fit her shoes perfectly! So sad because we really do support local businesses and are dissapointed with the customer service. We have bought other running sneakers from Fleet Feet before this but have not been back since this incident.
Great customer service but don't like the sock policy
There are so many ways. The employees in the store don't always know about the different types of shoes ans then try to sell the most expensive shoes even if they are not the ones that are best for your feet.

Great selection
Attendant was very short and not friendly. She was trying to rush the sale or just rushing me to get over with the visit. We bought a pair of shoes and when going to pay she just kept talking to other co-workers, very unprofessional. She ignore my daughters request for inserts so we decided to purchased somewhere else. Fleet Feet PK has always been the place to buy all my children sports shoes and gear. Will not return.

Your staff was knowledgable and very helpful . . . discovered a major reason my feet were hurting was because I was wearing shoes that were 1/2 size too small. Also fitted me with tennis/running shoes that didn't put pressure on the corns of my feet. Very appreciate of their assistance.
