Micah did a great job.
Sales staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful without being pushy. I was given several shoes to try on as well as having my feet scanned. I’m on my feet a lot with my job and have developed plantar fasciitis. The selection of shoes brought out to me were specifically for my issues and the shape of my feet. I was so pleased with what I tried on that I bought 3 pairs of shoes, an everyday sneaker for walking, trail running shoes, and recovery sandals. I will definitely be back!

I love the products. My feet love me because of the shoes. My family gathers and we usually go as a group. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, however, on this last trip, my family and I were waiting on our shoes and all of the staff were in the back for what seemed to be about 20 minutes. We kinda felt abandoned in the show room and we noticed a fella came in and waited for a few minutes but then he got tired of waiting and he left. Kind of a shame that you may have lost a potential sale and a possible life long customer.
Employee had a good knowledge of the product and was able to offer the proper shoe for me with all the right questions, I know to recommend this store to family and friends

It was my first time at fleet feet and went for personalized expertise regarding issues I was experiencing while running. I did not receive the expertise I expected and experience was no different than going to any shoe store. I purchased running shoes, but still have same issues and not sure now if I bought the right shoes for my feet.

A running store with runners who work there. Two stores in Wilmington, NC make it easier to find what you need, if they don't have it at one, they call the other and get it for you if it is in stock over there. Even better, they call to make sure its there and have it at the desk waiting on you when you get there.
