I would have loved to have a download of a picture but didn't want to pay that amount. More options would have been nice.

really long wait times for the graduates with no seating, also the majors and names were not organized or announced in any kind of order.
We spent about 10 to 15 minutes one of the photographers at the Microbiology graduation taking photos with family that traveled across the country and out of the whole time and several different arrangements of family-only ONE photo showed up in the order file online. Very disappointing, as we were looking forward to ordering several with all the family that came to celebrate. We also had NO photos of our grad during the main commencement ceremony, other than with her individual degree.
Quick turn around from order to delivery. Good number of options to order-not locked into a package.

The pictures that you sent us as proofs for our daughter's masters degree graduation were not of her. You sent us proofs of a man that we did not even know or was part of her program. We had to search all the photos to find pictures of her. This took more time than necessary since she gave each photographer her QR code.
Just to make more picts of the person who is ready to pay for good picts. Just got minimum of picts.
One of the posses was farther away than I thought & looked like she had No hands or arms.
You could send me more shots of another pose, I ordered a lot of this pose, if you could send me some complimentary photos
That after a year went by I was able to still place an order, I appreciated that and shipment was good as well.

It was great I could go back three years from my graduation date and still be able to pull up my pictures for purchase! Although it was kind of difficult to find the webpage I am still greatful I found them.
I have not received my photos since June
Please make sure the person taking the pictures doesn't use the pole of the tent in the middle of the photo. i would have ordered more if the pole wasn't in the middle of the photo
You need to put a harder cardboard because the photos in the package were a little folded
