The pictures are TOO expensive!! It’s set up in such. Way that parents have only one option and many families can’t afford the packages that are offered.

What could we do to improve?

Send the picture with the grey colored background instead of almost black. The graduate is difficulty to see when place on an almost black background as their caps and gowns are black as well. The “proofs”background was not black but it was grey.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I paid hundreds of dollars for pictures that were "retouched." I received the original proof pictures "no touch- ups" "blemishes" were not removed. If I had known I would receive my pictures with NO touch ups, I would have NOT have wasted my hard earned money.
Touch ups are also NOT available for other products. I was disappointed with my products digital prints, photos, and the two mugs I purchased. Very disappointing, especially for such an important event in my life.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Paid $15.00 per photo for glass glare removal. Full glare was NOT removed. I messaged asking about it and was told that the removal is done by AI and the result provided is the only outcome they can achieve. I feel as though I should be refunded as the full glare was not removed. Very disappointed in this company and will not refer others to it.

I'm guessing that images are made slightly blurry prior to purchase. I wasn't sure of this while editing, so I was worried that cropping the photos would make the resolution worse. Maybe put a note somewhere so users understand that cropped photo resolution will be fine? Thanks!

The photos offered were green screens and not fully taken to be the best photos. The instructor said “stand here” and that’s all. No adjusting of the body, facial expression gown none. I believe it was very mediocre work.

Ordering is cumbersome. Photos should have been decently cropped by you. Photo arrived with cardboard in the envelope so how did it get a crease? Before packaging?

What could we do to improve?

Maybe when shipping photographs insert corrugated cardboard or something more than one piece of cardboard no thicker than the photographs, so they don't arrive curled or bent. When has a note on the outside of the envelope to not bend ever worked? I'm still trying to straighten the 8x10 photos, The pictures are wonderful!

Picture taken I knew my eyes were closed & requested a quick retake, photographer said no had to keep moving with next graduate. When I got the proofs sure enough my eyes are closed. Sad because it is the one I really wanted, just finally walked across the stage all the hard work put in for that moment only to have a picture with my eyes closed.

You should have a piece of cardboard in the envelope with the picture. My envelope was folded and put in my mailbox, which in turn folded my picture.
