I felt very rushed for my photo and was discouraged from turning to my preferred side. It showed in my photos and they are not good at all. They are also so expensive for an online download it’s kinda wild.
So the photos were pretty good. The AI gave a few photos to me that were either not of me or just really bad image quality, but the majority of the photos were great. What disappointed me was the fact that individual image downloads cost $60. This is most definitely cost-prohibitive for many, and I even weighed whether or not to order some and I have the money to do so. The profit margins on these pics must be insane.

I do not like the pictures that I have chosen.
$60 for a single digital photo is a complete scam. You guys took advantage of poor students who wanted a single good photo of themselves. Absolutely brutal. From Athens, family also own a local business in Athens, and we will tell everyone we know not to use you guys.
Pictures not professional at all. Pictures look like they were taking with a disposable camera. Price was too much for what I got.

Some pictures were nice but the ones I was really looking forward to seeing right before I got my degree came back with my eyes closed.
High quality photos. Several backgrounds and lots of sizes to choose from.
I wish there was a better physical backdrop and that more effort was made to take photos with the Dean in front of the backdrop instead of with the crowd as the background. The system is efficient enough, now lets allow some time for the photos to be good, so I can feel like I can arrange myself, my robes, and my cords, and not already have the next person breathing down my neck to get their own photos.
The 8x10 was mailed to me, presume not your fault as I think it was done by the postal service.
The photo has wrinkles/bends in it. If you look at the photo in the frame from an angle, you can see the creases/ bend lines.
I would highly suggest that you use thicker cardboard with the photo in the middle, so it can't be bent during shipping, or use a different delivery service.
