Quality of the photos.
The pictures were good, but the prices were absolutely ridiculous. I bought 6 electronic prints and I spent as much as I did for his senior pictures, which included electronic files for 140 pictures. And they weren’t even 6 different pictures. There were doubles, but zoomed in more on one. The ordering was confusing. I even called for assistance and nobody ever called me back. You’re taking advantage of parents like me that just really want a couple of professional pictures of my son at graduation.
Your price for digital photos is ridiculous then even up charge me on EACH photo!!! ONLY reason I bought is because I want that memory with my child but most definitely will never help give you business

When I received my pictures, they were bent. It is most likely the US post office fault, but I still have pictures that I can’t use. The creases in them look horrible.

The prices are high, but you have a monopoly. Lower prices, I would have ordered larger photos/ more. Graduation is a very very busy time-- offering a pre-buy with the option to select a pose later would be a nicer way to do a discount rather than trying just after graduation to get orders in right away.
The cost was way too expensive and the pictures were awful. My student’s cap and gown were the same color as the background, so it was hard to see my student from the background. I was very surprised by the cost of such low quality, amateur looking photos.

Great shots, quality prints & fast service
I purchased two magnet pictures of my daughters group of friends, and we never received them. They came separately when I first called to speak to someone they said that they would come separately than the other pictures. However, we still have not received those. I have left a message and I hope to hear back and to be compensated in someway if they are lost.
Other than the posed photos, the others are in motion and only see one persons face.

I think the the angles could’ve been better
The photos are great but the prices are far too high. It feels like extortion. Such a special day with no other opportunity for self photography means you are left with no options to have photos without paying an incredibly high price.
