I have been reaching out to address an issue with my child’s picture for several weeks and have not received a response. A text overlay was added to the picture across the faces of some of the graduates in the photo. This overlay was not present nor described in the proof we were presented with.
The pics actually came out as advertised.

I haven't received my order
Customer service terrible. No one answered the phone. Called multiple times over many days. One person answered and said they would call me back with some answers to my questions but then never called back. My daughter’s photos were not edited well and you could clearly see another person’s hands over her head in the photo. I tried to ask if it could be edited out, but no one ever got back to me.
Pictures are very expensive!
Also, multiple pictures can’t be ordered in package, only 1.
So, to buy another picture i had to purchase an additional package, when i only wanted to buy 1 package with multiple poses/photos.
Provide a tracking number . Use another source for mailing photos .
One photo of my kid was not my kid. And that was NOT a group shot.
The photos were good but they didn't inspire or wow me enough to talk them up.
The magnets looked cheaply made and you couldn’t get a full photo in the 5x7 portrait. Paying 10.00 for a photo that half cuts off a person is very disappointing. I really expected better quality from the magnets as well. The high cost of items were not met with quality.
The picture of my child holding is diploma had a backdrop of an arena full of people. I can not put a picture like that on the wall. I wanted to have the frame with his tassel. The most unprofessional important photo I have ever seen. The photographer had their back to the wall, simple to just put the photographer taking the picture as the student stands there against the wall!!! Put a flag up for them to stand in front of.
I emailed you yesterday and still haven’t received a response. You sent me 3 of the same picture and I ordered 3 different pictures. I need to be able to print them for my daughter’s graduation party that is in 3 days. I need those pictures today.

Speedy delivery
Package offers and the quality of the images, are two things I really like about your services.
Wallet pictures are worthless, and I need a refund for pictures that I can't use. I emailed about this and didn't get a response for the money back. I have told several moms that asked about my order on how overpriced and how part of the order is garbage. They said they will not order now and will pass the word on this and the fact there isn't a refund for the poor choice that was made with the wallets. Not my poor choice also.
This company needs to rethink their customer service team. Mom's talk and won't waste their time and money for stuff that isn't worth it since I ordered before everyone else, they all seen how much of a waste it was and how much it costed me.
Prices are quite high. My 5x7 came in great condition. My 2x3 magnet is very discolored, almost looking animated. I was quite bummed by this and the fact that I didn’t know that all items come in one package (magnet was said to be a few weeks later when I inquired).
This is an absolute rip off. You take numerous pictures but you want 50.00 or more if I want all the downloads to make my own prints for family. Then to get 4 5x7 you charge an unreasonable amount and the pictures I received are nothing better than a snapshot they weren’t even cut properly. Pretty bad to take advantage of parents that just want to have a memory to share with Grandparents. My sons senior pictures of over 75 pictures were way more reasonable than your download prices and I didn’t have to pay for each downloaded pictures individually.
This is a SCAM and you are taking advantage of families.
I ordered the wood plaque and my message I wanted on it was not on it, if anything is possible please let me know
I ordered two magnets and a picture but only received the picture. Very disappointed.
