My daughter graduated from the MSU College of Education, her friend from the MSU College of Engineering. Her friend was able to upload a photo at the ceremony and then was offered any picture from the day with her picture in it. This was not offered for the College of Education, my daughter sat on the stage and would have been in multiple shots. I wish all ceremonies would have been offered the same options.
Pictures look great! Just a little expensive for the order amount.
My photo came with large bends and creases in it! Called customer support and they never returned my call.
The picture of my son receiving his diploma only captured part of him. The picture taken after he walked off the stage, his tassel was in his face so those photos were useless. Very poor photographer for the GVSU April graduation.
My other son graduated from GVSU in December and those pictures came out very nice.
I placed two orders, and have received only one order. To improve, make it easier to contact you. A customer service, even an office number would be helpful and worthy of recommending to friends and family.

The prices are really high. Even the prices for the pdf files of the pictures are high.
I like that the photos were natural and not the basic stiff pictures taken in the studio.

Your prices are costly. Especially after parents helping their son/daughter with their Senior year costs (Senior photos, sports, events/recognitions, invitations, open house prep which is very costly). Your company makes it difficult to buy a package deal. We purchased a couple 5x7 and the cost was ridiculous. I’m positive so many couldn’t afford your prices.

The lighting and angles of many of the photos were not flattering at all. For the cost of the photos, and the importance of the event, I have much higher expectations for the quality. The school also had student photographers and their pictures were much better in quality and clarity. The cost to purchase these photos was also extremely disappointing. Nearly $70 for a poorly shot download was ridiculous.
Prices are TOO high for what you get and the quality was terrible.
Way too expensive for a photo of literally yourself
I paid around 200 something for photos from the graduation. However there are marks on all the pictures in the background that don’t belong.
I think your prices going up after a certain date is ridiculous! They should be the same price no matter what!
I think the photos could be of higher quality. They asked if I wanted them touched up but couldn’t tell if they needed them or not till they were printed out. A little more detail to how the graduate was posing would have been nice as well. We were missing one person in our family that had to use the restroom so it would have been nice if we knew ahead of time to be prepared. That person happened to be the graduates Grandpa.
The prints and magnet we ordered were very nice and the price was good, but we missed the lower prices by a day.
