Best customer service. I was unhappy with the exposure of one of my photos and they corrected it and had it back to me within a week. They take the Graduation photos for Michigan State and we have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any occasion.

Hello,
There were very few photos to select from due to most photos being blurry. Once I received my order, the picture quality was very poor and cheap for the cost. My son's photos were off center and very "rushed" looking. Not a happy customer.

Pictures arrived damaged and never had any response
The price didn't match for the quality. The magnet on the pictures was not aligned. It looks like it was just a magnet superglued to the backside of a picture. My son looks Caucasian in one photo with a huge shadow. The other photo came with a small rip in the corner. Kinda of disappointing because we can't redo these moments and it's like Price gouging.
Quality of photo on the portal can’t be checked properly. When I received the print it was out of focus. When I called back, I was told that it will be fixed but no communication thereafter.
I had issues with how I cropped the picture. Spoke to customer service and the sent me a new correctly cropped picture at no cost. They rocked!!!

Didn't come with a cardboard frame like my other child's did.
I paid to have the eyeglass glare taken out of the photo and it did not happen.

Photos turned out just lovely. All of our friends and families enjoyed seeing her at her graduation. I like the fact that I didn’t have to worry about taking pictures because I knew there would be professional ones.
Pictures came out beautiful. The only issue I had was that everything I ordered did not come together. That was fine, but there was no e mail stating that they would come in 2 separate orders. It would have been nice to know. Everything came out perfect! Thank you!
