The photographer was having issues with her camera. The photos are overexposed.
Requested first name & year of graduation in bottom right corner of wallets. Both sets of 8. None arrived with them and your representative denies it was in my order.
Pearlized package was not what I expected. It appears to be a standard glossy finish. Representative says that's what pearlized is and that they have had many complaints.
I was expecting a picture of my son walking up the aisle, and he had two girls in front of him, and you barely saw him. Pictures were not taken very well when they were shaking the principal’s hand. And when you order things you would have to do a lot of work to straighten out the picture that was taken with the principal. Terrible.

There always seems to be a problem when I order. Last time in 2001 the commencement date was wrong and it took forever to get a replacement. This year the glass specialty frame made my daughters face too white and we were told that’s just how it is.
Nice picture but too expensive! Most High Schools in our area give each student a picture free. So having to pay so much was disappointing.

Cost of most items on this important day to me is ridiculous. Parents have already spent a large amount of money to get here. I can acquire hundreds of pictures in any of my Ironman races including raw pictures and videos as a download for less than $100. Your pricing structure is border line "blackmail". That is my honest opinion...

Photo quality
The glare on my daughters glasses is really bad.
I paid $130 for a small package of prints. I didn’t notice when I did the order on my phone but when I opened up the envelope and saw the 8 x 10 that is supposed to go on my wall, I was very dissapointed.
The products I purchased were nice quality. Only complaint is that an email would have been nice to update when product was being made. I was concerned because it had been a few months between purchase and delivery.
They are beautiful pictures that were taken on a very special day.

I did not find the photo app user friendly. When I called customer service I did not think that the associate was helpful. I went back several days later and reviewed the photo app again, and again and the discount time frame and elapsed. When I went back again purchase photos I was not comfortable but I did and I did not feel like I was able to obtain the selection that I desired properly. And of course I feel the price cost was excessive
