Pictures are too expensive.
I was pleased with the ease of ordering and the prompt delivery. I also was very happy with the quality of the photo.
It was good enough quality for the speed in which they pushed us through the camera line. Also, I thought it was cool that you found other photos of me during the day.
The costs of the prints were pretty high.

We paid $80 for 5 photos! Way too expensive! (We also bought the video for $20, a little more reasonable, but still expensive)
After paying $60 for a digital download, the download was blurry (I could not see this beforehand due to the heavy watermark). I was sent a corrected photo, but the quality is still less than satisfactory.
I originally asked for a credit to get a different digital download, but was denied.
The quality of the download is definitely not worth $60.
Insert piece of heavy cardboard with the picture to help with no bending. Even though the envelope was marked photo do not bend the envelope/photo was still bent in the mail.
All of the pictures sent are blurry!
Our previous pictures were wonderful. I believe it was just a fluke. We did purchase the less forma shots and really like them. In the formal shots in front of the flags, the tassel is hooked on my daughter's ear and dangling.
In the pictures to crop out the remaining crowd to just focus on the graduate
The picture was delivered and was clearly marked do not bend BUT the package didn’t account for wet conditions AND no bending. Epic fail. Picture destroyed.

Photographer didn’t take time to instruct graduate to pose with the diploma close to upper chest to show the face and diploma in the picture. Spend time to work with the graduate or give better instruction before taking any pictures.

I have been intending to reach out to you. The photo I received has blurred markings on the sleeves of the graduation gown. It looks terrible. I'd like a replacement.

The pictures was very clear and the pricing was good
The picture was sent in a cheap cardboard envelope that is bendable. Even though the sticker said do not bend it was bent in half and shoved in our mail box. There should be better shipping packaging for the price that I paid for one picture. Very very disappointed.
