I like the fact that I didn’t have to run down to the stage and take a photo. The responsibility was taken off my shoulders, and by the time I returned back to my home in Germany the photographs are waiting for me.
I was sent a blurry photo I paid extra for photo retouching on. I emailed customer service and no one bothered to respond. This is awful.

These were way too expensive and I never received mine. I waited a long time to pull the trigger on purchasing and opted to just get the downloadable image and I never received it at all.
